14-Day Unconditional Returns

You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued within at least 14 calendar days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.


Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard your return.


PayPal Refunds

  • Standard PayPal refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • In regions where local regulations require up to 30 calendar days, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to complete.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final-sale merchandise marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and jewelry when hygiene seals are broken

  • Accessories sold as part of a set, unless the entire set is returned


Refund Procedure

Original-Method Refunds
